Support Chris Barton on his 30 hour walk for Mental Health

It gives me great pleasure to announce Chris Barton's walk for Charity. Some of you may remember Chris Barton, he was our Sparring Team Manager for a long time, his kids have since retired from Taekwondo but are still involved with the club.

Chris dedicates alot of his time to his cause about building mental resilience and championing overcoming mental health challenges in life. He is focussing on child mental health.

Last Year he did a 120km walk from the Blue Mountains to Manly. He raised alot of money for charity and even got on the news as they reported on his heroic efforts. Many Red Dragon members were involved and took part in a portion of the walk.

This year he is doing it again, but this time it's a 30 hour walk. We are supporting this event by having a stand, offering promotions and running sample classes.

We ask you all to support this event, but merely attending or donating, joining in the walk and enjoying the festivities on the day. Many businesses are involved and it's proving to become a big event. Please support it snd hope to see you on that weekend. It should be a great day out for the family and promote some fun exercise.
